Returned wrong size mattress and Bed frame UNOPENED. It was a hassle who needs that.
Very disappointed. I Bought a three piece sectional sofa when it was delivered, the pieces didn’t fit together. We contacted the store And let them know that the locking mechanisms don’t align. We were told we would have to Unscrew the locking mechanisms and do it ourselves. We contacted them again to say we do not think we are able to do it and we’re told to hire someone to come in and do it.
