Staff nice and helpful great time had by all. Lots of stock only have to wait for boxspring . Don't need the bed yet anyway.

I had a very bad experience with Surplus Furniture in Thunder Bay. Their customer service is extremely disappointing. One of their staff members, Jack, was very unprofessional and does not know how to treat customers with respect. We called ahead and spoke to a girl who confirmed that our furniture had arrived and told us we could come pick it up. However, when we going to the store we purchased rental vehicle as well and it is 4 hours drive,one employee das ,suddenly changed the story, saying the furniture had just come in ... read more
I had an extremely disappointing experience at Surplus Furniture Store. Their customer service is unacceptable – the staff clearly lack basic training on how to treat customers with respect. The manager, in particular, demonstrated zero professionalism or ethics when speaking with me. They made big promises that they had everything I was looking for, but I later discovered that they were selling refurbished items instead of new ones.
