Great place, staff was accommodating. They didn't push me in to sales and listened to my needs.
I’m heading into spinal fusion surgery and have limited use of my right arm. I paid Surplus not only for furniture, but also the delivery, full set-up, and removal of old items — because I physically can’t do it myself. They subcontract to a company called Mighty Movers, and that’s where the nightmare begins. • Delivery scheduled for Tuesday 4–6 PM → They show up at 6:15 PM, dump 18 boxes in the middle of my living room and leave. Breanna was my sales person and I couldn't be happier with the service or my purchase. She listened attentively to what I wanted and really seemed to care about what would be best for me. You could tell she knew the stock and showed me the choices that were best options. She was funny and sweet and very charismatic, a complete pleasure to work with. 100% recommend dealing with Breanna! Also I LOVE my furniture.
Don’t care about customer service and have a terrible moving company called Mighty Movers who break your things and don’t show up to assemble items.
