We had a great experience at Surplus Furniture! The gentleman who helped us was incredibly helpful, patient, and took the time to make sure we found exactly what we were looking for. We never felt rushed or pressured, and he genuinely wanted us to walk out with something we loved. Excellent customer service from start to finish! Highly recommend!
Great experience and the bed delivered the same day and I am happy with the product.
Had a great talk with the people working there and got something new and something to think on
Complete incompetence. Rude. Was serving me then a client came In for pick up she left me for them. Customer service here is 0 of 5. I’ll go to the brick before I come here again
The service was excellent and extremely helpful
