We had a good shopping experience. However, we purchased a couch that will not assemble correctly. We've spent about 3 months disassembling and trying to realign the parts - no luck. We have a huge gap between pieces and the legs don't sit on the floor - it doesn't look good. I'm convinced the connector parts were bent before we got it. Purchased the extra warranty because there are motors inside; I'm not sure if this qualifies for this kind of thing.
