Y'all absolutely did not help me on my first purchase. Selling a thermostat without a base plate Is senseless, i emailed Twice after last reply with no help at all about getting the other piece. So I purchased another one that had a base plate. I will never buy another thing from yall. Poor customer service, I'll just throw this other one away since y'all can't direct me on how to return it, it's not worth my time. Good riddance.
