“Absolutely unacceptable and downright scammy! I went in for a check-up last week, and they didn’t even bother to tighten my splash shield screws properly. Fast forward to today, half of it falls off while I’m driving—completely unsafe and avoidable. Their excuse? ‘Oh, the splash shield is too old.’ Are you kidding me?
