Bob's technician made service call to determine why my Lennox Heat Pump Emergency Heating is not working. Tech determined that the controller was not recognizing the presence of the Emergency Heating Equipment and that there might be cabling (and other hardware issues) that dates back to original installation. Technician was very courteous and knowledgeable. There was no repair charge. Hardware under Extended Warranty.
Bob’s team did an amazing job. They were professional and installed complete units on a Saturday in the rain and cold. When they finished they took time to explain everything and answer all my questions. They made our home safe again. I recommend them for your AC, heat and electrical needs.
Very proffesional crew, polite and efficient. They worked as a team quickly and did a great job of cleaning up. Highly recommend.
Lance was our tech that did an electrical box check on our house. He provided excellent insight to look at options going forward, as needed, and sent a quote for possibly replacing in the future. We have used Bob’s in the past, and will continue due to their professionalism and work performed.
