Sean was great! Showed up right on time, in uniform and with a beautiful company van. I love how the company sends a photo of your technician in advance. I'm a new client for their maintenance plan as we have just bought a home in El Lago. The maintenance plan is affordable and worth every cent. Sean is kind, knowledgeable, and explains everything that is being checked. Gracious and appreciative of the business. This is how a company makes customers for life. We feel taken care of. Thank you!!

Bob's was able to send out a technician within a couple of hours to replace my capacitor. Jasmin was fast and did a great job. She checked and cleaned about a dozen things to make sure we wouldn't have problems for a while. Will definitely use them in the future.

Don’t trust this company and always get a second opinion. Our external AC unit had a wire loose that stopped it from working. When the tech came, he went on a long sales pitch to convince us to replace our entire AC unit, complete with a bound book of slides for all the “guarantees” they offer. Thank God we brought in another company and they just charged us for tightening up the loose wire.

I can't say enough about Bob's AC! This is the second time I've used these guys. Diagnosed the problem quickly, fixed it and didn't try to up sell me. I wouldn't consider any other company period!

I have been using Bob's Air Conditioning service for years.And they have not ever let me down. Jasmin was the service tech that solved my condenser problem and helped me to understand my issue. She was knowledgeable,courteous, and fast. Thank you for the good service.
