We have been using Bob’s for many years! Recently our A/C died on a Tuesday. Eric Seely came out that same day. After checking everything he determined our compressor was done! He quoted us on a few different units, even took the time to speak with my husband on the phone as he was not home at the time. We decided on the unit and installation was set for Thursday morning! Showed up on time gave a 30 minute heads up. Technician was very thorough and explained each step of the process. Took the time to make sure that the job was done right. I felt like he went the extra mile to make sure everything was clean and running and explained why and how things worked. I Have used Bob’s AC in the past and will continue using them in the future. We have used Bob's Airconditioning since we built our home 35 years ago. Providing excellence, honesty and professional service is their code. Bob's Air recently replaced our air-conditioning system. Robbie, Colby and Bobby went far beyond what was required to make the transition as smooth as possible and did not leave until we were satisfied that everything was working correctly. Bob's Air provides reliable, stress free service. The entire staff is always kind, courteous and professional. I would not use anyone else!
