I had a 1100 appointment got here at 1200 no problem get to door 6 empty in 30 minutes These place in awesome
My appointment was at 1500 it's 9:00 still waiting they haven't done nothing yet I'm trying to get unloaded I'm going to request not to come over here in the morning
The boss and management in the San Antonio location make fun of people with cancer it's not a very godly place
Honestly im not sure why theres so many bad reviews. They do everything based off appointments. So if you arrive early they’re not going to drop everything and skip other appointments for you. Entrance is on brazos st . The gate opens as soon as you pull in . The office is at door #4 My appointment was @1pm I arrived @7:30am . They let you come in before appointment time there is limited parking I did see it got packed around noon ish . Everyone was super nice from the yard person to the lady in the shipping and receiving.
