After years of over processing and dealing with postpartum hair loss, Alicia finally brought my hair back to life. She took her time listening to my concerns and came up with a plan to restore my hair to its natural texture, all while still achieving the color I wanted using a gentler approach. She is extremely knowledgeable and creative, not to mention a blast to chat with. Shout out to her staff as well for always being so friendly and accommodating while in the chair. Love love love this salon!

Shout out to Abigail for the 60 minute Nebula Nourish facial glow up! She brought out all the potions and tools to soothe and shine my skin with care. Can't wait for the next one. P.S. I would like to give a shout out to Alicia! I had just arrived from New Jersey and unfortunately, my weft became unraveled and literally almost fell out. Naturally, the panic set in ,so we took a chance and walked into Suri& Norrens. Alicia came out to greet us in her adorable pink cowboy boots and asked how she could help. Abigail is the absolute best for all of your skincare needs. Not only are her facials beyond relaxing & nourishing, she is also super informative.
