My experience from Surian would be that he lied to me to get me into surgery, told me I had a chronic urinary problem and if I didn't didn't get the procedure I might not be able to get my wife pregnant. During the procedure he admitted later that his scalpel slipped a little and cut a jagged edge where my pee comes out, I haven't been able to pee straight every since. After this was said and done I went to another urologists' that told me there no signs what so ever of having the problem Surian scared me into surgery with.
