I had a horrible experience with their nail service. The quality was terrible, and the staff were unprofessional. On top of that, they added hidden charges that were never mentioned beforehand. I’ll never go back there again and definitely don’t recommend this place to anyone.

He estado viniendo a este lugar por más de dos años y nunca había tenido una queja—hasta ahora. Esta vez no hice una cita y decidí entrar sin avisar. Took an appointment today on call and when I went there they asked me to wait for an hour cus apparently they don’t remember taking my appointment. It’s so annoying especially when you had to cancel all your plans just to get your nails done and they made you wait for it🥹 I would appreciate if they could be little professional about appointments and stuffs cus we don’t wanna get our weekends get wasted.
