I ordered three items and realized that I ordered incorrect items almost immediately. I contacted by email and phone to ask for cancelation. Apparently I was too late of which I now question, but was assured that when I get the package I can send back . I rcvd package , did not even open it and now the run around begins. They send me an RMA number which is actually just their account # , I would have to pay $30 to ship back!!!!!! No mention of this during the back and forth with customer care!
