The worst and most horrible experience. I had my initial visit about 6 months ago as a self pay patient. During that visit I confirmed multiple times if there was a fee for the follow up. The Dr Laura h assured me there was not due to me being self pay. I confirmed multiple times over the phone. Was told today the dr would speak to me until she realized she lied about information and they tried to charge me. Sad to think I would have had to record a drs visit to prove I was told misinformation.
