They cancelled my surgery at the last minute due to "BMI" issues. The doctor could not get them to accommodate me and now I have to find a different provider and start all over. Months of preparation and expense down the drain. Just say NO if these people are involved in your medical care!
I had cateract surgery yesterday 6-5-24 and I was scared! Upon arrival I told receptionist who reassured me warmly. Then waiting only two minutes I was escorted to pre op. The tew staff who assisted me were warmly compassionate and responsive to my fear. They were assuring and professional as they readied me for surgery. They explained the steps to me , and we're kind.
