Surgery can scary. I was so nervous before going to my appointment, I was shaking. I had no idea where to go. The staff at information and then at intake were so kind. The nurse Paulina took me through exactly what I needed to do. She took my blood pressure and gave me a hospital gown. Dr Ciona came in and went through the surgery, the anesthetic and how it would feel. He completely put me at ease and made me comfortable. They cleaned the area and put on a cloth.
