Every staff member was joyful and kind. Each had a different kind of chipper small talk that helped keep me distracted during every step of the process. I hope they are all paid well, because they all had a pleasant disposition. It felt very human, when going through medical care can be cold sometimes. Great place in preparation for knee surgery and recovery.
The staff were all friendly and knowledgeable! Everything was explained to me in terms I could understand before it was done. Though I hope to not ever need their services again, I would choose them again if I did.
I canceled my surgery due to an unfortunate experience with Dr. Garrett the anesthesiologist. During pre-surgery preparations, I was asked to complete a pregnancy test. I declined, as I am not pregnant, and expressed that this test is not medically necessary. Staff initially insisted on the test and suggested canceling the surgery if I did not comply. I agreed the surgery should be canceled if the waiver could not be supplied. The anesthesiologist subsequently contacted me and attempted to lecture me about potential effects ... read more
