Recently, my husband had a heart catheterization at Surgicath. The purpose of the procedure was to evaluate the stent he had placed in his heart in 2012. Dr. Shah found the stent in good shape, but my husband had more blockages and the doctor placed three more stents in his heart. My uncle had a pacemaker placed by Dr Vedere recently. The procedure went well. The care was fantastic. My uncle became very anxious during the procedure. Dr Vedere took the time during the procedure to call my aunt & put her on speaker phone so that her voice could help to calm my uncle down. Instead of using medication or restraints Dr.Vedere & the nurse, Kim, responded in a more humane way, by letting my uncle hear his sweet wife’s voice.
