I never had a problem with them I got an unloading brace for my left knee. Anytime it needed adjustments I just stopped in and was helped very quickly

They do not even deserve 1 star. I had surgery and was given a polar care cube. It was not cold. I asked for ice, oh you have ice. Obviously I wouldn’t of asked for ice if I could feel it. Come to find out the unit is broken. Cost over $200, I spent the whole day on the phone and just keep getting passed around. No one answers questions or even attempts to help you. Very poor customer service!
