Pleasant staff. Excellent medical professionals. Between the two of us we have had surgery done on a finger joint as well as some cataracts removed. We have no complaints. Suggestions (for the benefit of those waiting on patients): (1) periodically check the coffee station there in the waiting area; (2) let us know where we can find the campus cafeteria, if we need drinks or some nourishment. THANKS
This was one of only times ever a nurse looked at me and said “nurses are patient advocates and I’m here to make sure you’re safe” — I was blown away! You can tell the staff are all supported, relaxed, and happy. The care was transparent and careful. Thank you so much!
