When I saw Dr. Murr at a previous location, he was great—knowledgeable and professional and honest. At the new location, the staff kept asking me the same questions and didn’t know why I was there. The nurse practitioner did not medical terms and couldn’t keep my answers in her head from one minute to the next. She was so exasperating and the answers were appearing to be so useless that I left before seeing the doctor. I was not going to repeat myself yet again when they weren’t going to do anything.
