From the time I walked in until I left the experience was absolutely wonderful. All the nurses and other staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. For a public hospital I was truely impressed. The food has many choices and great quality I would like to acknowledge all staff at the hospital for their care and compassion during my stay
I've have been to this hospital twice now to take my father for eye surgery. The drive there and back was painful on the m1. But the staff at the hospital including the staff in the food areas are lovely people and exceptional staff. Thanks to everyone for the great experience.
A family member got surgery here and could barely even go to the bathroom on their own yet they kicked them out just with a few pain killers. Disgusting - he needed an extra few days to recover .
Saw Dr Ji Lee from the gastroenterology team for a consult and she's great. She was thorough and went through everything and made a detailed plan for the next steps, and gave me plenty of opportunity to clarify things and ask questions. Thankyou!
