Today I had such a nice experience with the hospital, and the personal that looked really committed and interested in getting me well out of my surgery. I did not know , so many people can be involved in a process like that. I understand also why they have to ask so many times if you agree to proceed, that your signature is there, because at the end, anything could go wrong at any moment just by chance, meaning that our lives are subject to things beyond due diligence. For the first time in years, I felt safe, I felt cared for and valued and now can see how a hospital should operate. From pre admission to surgery and then post care, this hospital has restored my faith in the medical world. The staff are calm, helpful and humane, creating a perfect pathway for optimal healing. Communication is open between doctor and patient, creating a team effort, not a bureaucratic wall leading into more visits to the hospital down the track. Thankyou STARS!

Several months ago, I underwent knee surgery, and I must say, the entire experience was truly exceptional.
