I had my ACL surgery here and felt so taken care of during my time there. Special shout out to nurses Alyssa and Sarafina, they lead with such compassion and made me feel so at ease. Which is rare considering I get massive anxiety with medical stuff. I usually never write reviews but these nurses were amazing and so patient. If you want a clean safe space to have your surgery, this place is it!

About three months back I had an outpatient surgery at Surgical Suites of Coastal Virginia in Williamsburg, VA. The total time for the surgery (rotator cuff and bicep) was about an hour. However, the charge was about $28,000 while the surgeon and anesthesiologist charged separately. Later, the charge was corrected to $14,000 since somehow, they considered the surgery as two operations one for the cuff and one for the bicep. Would give them 0 if I could, they didn’t verify their information correctly and gave me an estimate that was basically thousands less than what the procedure actually was, then hit me with a surprise bill basically double of what I thought after the fact. Had I known I would’ve gotten a cast or gone elsewhere instead of getting surgery. My daughter recently had her tonsils removed and ear tubes placed, and we had a great experience. From the front desk staff to the nurses to the doctors, everyone was so incredibly kind, professional, and comforting. The center is beautiful, clean, and well run. I highly recommend this surgical center.
