Awesome doctors. Seen dr. Wells very good at listening and making his patients feel comfortable
Had surgery on Wednesday send me some medicine for 3 days. Called for a refill they yelled at me like I took the prescription wrong when I didn’t. Now got to go back Monday because they don’t believe my pain. Had two other neck surgery’s never had this problem. Usually just needed meds for two weeks. They act like I am asking for two months. I never actually saw Dr. Bonaroti. I did see Mark Wells how has a phd . So technically he is a Dr. but not an md. I felt as if he didn’t have the time to go over my tests with me. I have had 3 neck surgeries . He didn’t even bother to pull the scans up so that I could see them.
THIS MAN RUINED MY LIFE . I hate a disc replacement done that was not needed . Lied about the procedure . After the surgery told it was a joint issue not a disc . He left the practice right after and was told by his replacement doctor that what he did also collapsed in my neck . And that the MRI was never able to be viewed correctly . He did major surgery on me at 30 and I lost my life and every activity I ever liked to do cannot be done anymore . MAJOR LAWSUIT COMING SOON . .
I felt that Dr. Bonaroti was dismissive and uncaring during my visit with him. He rushed through our session and couldn’t give me the decency to remain in his seat while talking with me. He got up to leave and I had to ask the last of my questions with his hand on the doorknob. I just wanted some insight on his experience with spinal nerves to see if he had anything to offer for the neuropathy I have been experiencing due to a back injury.
