The surgery went well and the physician and nurses were wonderful with my daughter. However, the billing process was a negative experience. At the time of service I paid the estimate. My insurance ended up covering an extra $800. I did not receive a refund of this money until I called. I initially left a voicemail and did not receive a call back. When I called again the billing specialist was hostile and rude.
Pretty happy I had one terrible experience elsewhere and they made it run pretty smooth.
Very nice newer building and the team was so nice, every single person was great and treated me with respect and was good at their job! I’m very appreciative!
Dr. Micah Berman was absolutely phenomenal. My son had a tonsillectomy, and as his mom, I carried a lot of anxiety going into the procedure. Dr. Berman took real time to listen, reassure me, and make sure both my son and I felt safe and informed. And the entire team, from the aides, RNs, and anesthesia staff to the women at the front desk, was beyond incredible. Kind, attentive, patient, and genuinely caring. It seems some individuals are not happy about billing!? Fine! But what about your care and the people!!!? For me, I Loved it there!!! Wonderful building and PEOPLE!! There's No guarantees when it comes to surgeries, but the people make you comfortable and help you keep a good attitude!! So far my eye is doing well, I follow the rules and pray all goes well!
