It seems some individuals are not happy about billing!? Fine! But what about your care and the people!!!? For me, I Loved it there!!! Wonderful building and PEOPLE!! There's No guarantees when it comes to surgeries, but the people make you comfortable and help you keep a good attitude!! So far my eye is doing well, I follow the rules and pray all goes well! Was pretty blown away by the level of professionalism and care my daughter received here. The facility is very clean and everything looks new or very well maintained. The staff each came to the room individually Nurse, Doctor, Anesthesiologist, etc and gave me plenty of time to ask any questions I might have and most importantly that my daughter may have. The staff here are clearly very well trained and practiced. Could not have asked for better care, if one of my children ever need surgery again I would definitely look here... read more
I will never go to this place again or Minnesota retina consultants of Edina. Had retina surgery two weeks ago. They had me sign a bill estimate before the surgery that stated the charges. I’ve been billed five times now from three separate businesses. I called the surgical center to ask about the current charge which was the second one stating retina surgery and why I was charged again. The billing department representative said she hadn’t no information for me and then hung up on me. Nothing but insurance billing fraud. I ... read more
