Staff is friendly but don’t expect appointments to be on time. I had a shoulder injury so I come here a lot in the past year and each time I’ve waited for more than 40 minutes. I waited for more than an hour twice. I haven’t been to other places for my shoulder injury so I can’t compare the service but if your looking for a place that values your time and keep appointments as appointments. This is place is not the place.
