Process was a waste of time prior to actual procedure. Had to fill out a packet of paperwork prior to appointment that needed to be turned in at appointment yet nothing was followed by the information given. ‘Consultation’ could have been completed over the phone instead of wasting time coming to the office. Right hand doesn’t speak to left hand and had an over the phone consultation with surgical clinic answering same questions already provided.
