My appointment was at 9am. Dr Garlitz wasn't even there and showed up almost an hour and a half late. The staff was very nice even though I was really pissed off. He could have called in to the office to say he was late so they could have told me what's was going on. They called me to go into the exam room and left me there for more than a half hour. That's when I went to the reception desk only to find out that he wasn't even in the building.

I had a hernia repair in August of 2025 performed with this office. My overall experience with Dr. Garlitz and his office was unfortunately not positive. From the initial consultation onward, I felt there was a lack of thorough communication and patient care. During the consultation, I did not receive detailed guidance on whether surgery was truly necessary, the differences between laparoscopic and open repair, or what to expect in terms of recovery time. Dr. Wiebe so nice and specialist, she very take good care and pay attention my concerns. The stuff nurses and receptionists also nice. Thank you so much.

Support team is awful, seems to be a common theme here - but truly worse than dealing with comcast. Unable to get any answers or responses out of them, the one person I was able to speak to on the billing team seemed angered by my mere existence and proceeded to verbally assault me for attempting to ask a basic question. Any organization who allows this behavior, regardless of the quality of their medical staff themselves, is fundamentally mismanaged and should not be entrusted to provide medical care.

Awful care team. Had surgery and a over the week following developed a horrific rash. Called the care team multiple times, they initially told me to use an over the counter medication that made it worse. Called again, they said they'd get back within a day or two. It's been over a week and they didn't call back at all, during which I've had multiple complications and had to go to urgent care. Absolutely useless, they should all be fired.
