Awful care team. Had surgery and a over the week following developed a horrific rash. Called the care team multiple times, they initially told me to use an over the counter medication that made it worse. Called again, they said they'd get back within a day or two. It's been over a week and they didn't call back at all, during which I've had multiple complications and had to go to urgent care. Absolutely useless, they should all be fired.
I had a great experience with SSOC. Very professional and knowledgeable. Dr. Knight was awesome and took care of my issue. No complaints.

I went in for a consultation and had a great experience with everyone I met. The reception staff were warm and friendly and Dr Pulido was knowledgeable and kind. He took time to talk me through my options and was very reassuring. I was skeptical at first after seeing some of the reviews but had a completely different experience than others seem to have had and would absolutely recommend this practice.
