I recently had a procedure at the Surgical Institute Surgical Center in Neptune, and I was definitely nervous going in. From the moment I checked in, everyone was incredibly kind. The reception staff, nurses, and care team all treated me with genuine compassion and patience. One thing that really stood out was how attentive they were to my anxiety. We brought our 8 year old here and everyone was so nice and friendly. Especially nurse Roe. She was so kind to our little guy during recovery. Facility was very clean

Had a wonderful experience here. I was greeted first thing by the front desk girl, Becki. She put me at ease, first thing with her smile and understanding. Going in, all the staff was so welcoming and friendly. PA Lindsey was wonderful. Dr. Katt talked to my wife and told her how I did as soon as I was finished. Thanks to all see ya soon!
