This is a long overdue review for an appendectomy that Dr. Coccia performed on me back in 2023 at the hospital in Laguna Beach. I wasn't previously his patient, just a random person assigned to him when I arrived in pain at the ER, but I truly thank him and the entire staff for taking great care of me. Apart from being an excellent doctor he was also very likeable with a good sense of humor - and unlike some doctors I've had before he was super patient and didn't get offended when I asked a bunch of (probably dumb) questions... read more
Over the past year or so, I had two surgeries with Dr Coccia. He is a wonderful doctor and surgeon. He listens to your concerns and provides constructive and helpful input. More than this, you are not just another surgery to him, his caring nature puts your good health above all else. I would highly recommend this experienced doctor/surgeon and his staff. Both my surgeries had great outcomes. Hopefully, I will never need another surgery, but if I do, I will definitely be in touch with Dr Coccia !!
