I recently contacted the doctor’s office and had an extremely disappointing experience with the staff member who answered the phone. She was dismissive, unprofessional, and seemed either unwilling or unable to actively listen. I tried multiple times to explain the purpose of an appointment and clarify that the issue we scheduled it for was not addressed during the visit. I was seen by Parkus staff nice people, But what I can't get over it's ok to be in pain. They offered me Tylenol 4 wich i can't take because of liver issues. If the practitioner nurse or the nurse would have read my chart would have recognized that issue. And told me if I wanted something else I would have to see a Pain Management Doctor. He is not the one who did surgery on me so why would I have to spend more money to see another Doctor.
