I haven't had an appointment yet, I will update later. Angie helped me with my appointment this morning was amazing. I wish every appointment I made was as efficient and nice. I have high hopes for my appointment now. The appointment went great. I could not ask for a better experience.
I had a cyst removed and surgery agent great. Norma the office assistant was very kind and helpful.
Beware …during my surgery a out of network assistant surgeon was used with out prior authorization to my insurance company so my insurance company will not pay for all of my surgical cost . have been going around and around for a year now trying to get this resolved but now I have a big medical bill out of my pocket for this assistant that is not in network and was not properly approved to the surgery. Hmm... guess people only write reviews when they have something negative to say. My PCP recommended Surgical Consultants Of Aurora & I trust her. Before scheduling an appointment tho, I came here to read the reviews. Glad I decided to trust my PCP & not the reviews. My surgery experience with SCoA was positive. Everything went just as the Dr.'s said it would.
Took forever to get ahold of Jen, DR.Rowland assistant. When I was finally able to speak with her, she was rude and didn't try to get me an appointment that worked with schedule. Her comments are passive. I would never give them my business, knowing this is how they treat patients. Jen represents Rowland, and she just didn't make me feel comfortable.
