Véry friendly staff
Dr Tozer found my colorectal cancer after receiving a “clean” scope from another doctor. He and his staff were friendly and thorough. They were patient with all my questions and very easy to work with. Other doctors have commented on his skills when they see my scars both inside and outside. If I need more surgeries, I will use him every time!
The staff is extremely rude when asked to competently do their job. I needed return to work paperwork faxed to my employer. Mind you paperwork that they previously assured me was sent in. When I called to resolve the issue the office manager hung up on me not once but twice. It’s shameful behavior and it certainly makes the Dr look bad. It makes the entire clinic look bad!
I've had two surgeries and my wife has had two surgeries by DR. Tozer He and his staff are very professional and knowledgeable and friendly
