Has not been upfront or decisive on the plan of care for my grandmother. Serious lack of communication and consideration. Worried more about a ski trip than his patient to the extent that he mixed up the charts and spoke to us about the wrong person but then had the gall to talk down and belittle a relative when we were simply asking for clarification. This hospital is the worst.
