Just got home from a prostate gel procedure which was very painful because I had no ride so I did the local. The room was filled with females(6) saying this was the local guy/idiot. The pain was a 7 and butthurt was an 8. I told them the 4 hour wait was shameful, call the upcoming when you have a hour delay. You set me back 2 hrs! Bottom line they have no idea what they are doing scheduling wise and they make excuses. Please just tighten up! Any mention of this site in my referrals will be a NO! I had a procedure done here last week. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing outpatient care. I have had kidney stones since 1987 and have, unfortunately, been in many facilities that specialize in outpatient services. The staff here, starting with the young lady up front, Kiara, to every nurse I interacted with, gave me such a sense of relief that I was in good hands.
