I had a procedure done here last week. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing outpatient care. I have had kidney stones since 1987 and have, unfortunately, been in many facilities that specialize in outpatient services. The staff here, starting with the young lady up front, Kiara, to every nurse I interacted with, gave me such a sense of relief that I was in good hands. Amazing from the time walking in to the time I had to go home.
I had minor surgery/ procedure performed yesterday (9/17/24), @ the Arlington location. Although it was quite painful (only had local. I couldn't afford the sedation), the staff were wonderful. One of the nurses sat @ the head of the gurney & held my hand or put her hand on my arm. It meant a lot to me. The clinical staff @ preop & Recovery were all very nice & were very helpful, also.
