Bathroom in waiting room was disgusting….urine everywhere. I asked receptionist if there was another restroom because the single one in the waiting room was not in good condition. She just said “no, sorry” Not, I’ll get someone to clean the only one you can use, or please feel free to use a different one….
Just had surgery for a ruptured/ torn achilles tendon at this facility; and it couldn't have gone any better considering the circumstances. I was met by warm, friendly comforting and even humorous staff. They were all very informative during the entire process and had a genuine passion for what they did. They worked extraordinarily well as a team. I'm incredibly grateful for having this group of individuals, who I've never met before, provide me with such a high level of care and genuine kindness. 1st time Lithrotrispy. Arrived 9:15am. Took me in at 9:40am. Started procedure at 10:45am. Woke up at 11:45am. Left facility 12pm. Clean place with large waiting area. Nurses and Doctors were awesome. Friendly, smiling, and answered questions patiently. No pain with IV placement or the procedure.
