They were very professional and kind, they took great care of my mother
“The Eye Professionals” at the Willingboro, NJ campus did a wonderful job for my father’s cataract procedure! From the administrative staff to the surgeon, everyone was kind, professional, and efficient.
Staff at front desk very nice. My husband had cataract surgery and was taken in the back what was suppose to be approx 2 hrs. After 2 hrs. I went to desk and asked his status and was told he wasn't even taken yet...why wasn't I notified. He should go in OR shortly. Never rec'd a text or phone call regarding his status...an hr later he is wheeled into the patient waiting area..wow!!! Again, was never contacted from one staff member.
