I have been trying to settle an outstanding balance for over 6 months. The billing team has escalated my case to upper management. It has been more than 6 months and over 6 calls to the team, but upper management has not responded. This is very frustrating.
Awful billing experience. Do not go here if you have another option.
I will be going for a procedure tomorrow, but I just wanted to say that the staff I have had the good fortune to be in touch with for pre-op information has been wonderful! Especially Theresa, the RN who has been keeping me calm and answering my questions with patience and kindness. I'm sure I will have a good experience and will update my review once the procedure is over.
