Dr. Porbunderwala was the first and only surgeon to listen to my pain and immediately offer two types of surgery. He believed me, which is often not a woman's experience. He performed the surgery on 9.15, and everyone at CMC was so loving and kind. All of my nurses treated me like I was the only patient in the hospital. They made me feel safe and cared for. Thank you for taking really good care of me during a recent procedure. I want to thank all the staff and Dr. Steven Porbunderwala for excellent and compassionate care in a very difficult time. Dr Norman. did not explain anything. He left me with more questions than answers. Anything I asked for, or wondering about, he not only didn’t have the knowledge to answer the questions, but didn’t even want to have someone help me, or guide me to answers or the help I truly needed. He didn’t listen to my concerns, didn’t touch my foot, then I over heard him and the very new nurse discussing how she hasn’t put a boot on since her injury and had no idea how. Dr Lindquist was wonderful. He addressed my condition and concerns and put my mind at rest. He explained that it not be surgery at this point but if it were to change, that I should call him to readdress at that time. I arrived stressed and left totally calm.
