This is from Wanda B. Clark. Dr. Thomas M. Bergamini failed me and as a direct result of his refusal to correct my right renal artery issues I suffered a stroke! If he remains in medical practice as of 11/30/2021 please think twice about his caring for you or your loved one. Please, get a second opinion. I had called, maybe twice, his office manager and left a detailed message about his lack of correct care for me yet I have yet to have a response. This was several years ago, maybe 5. This office is absolutely ridiculous.. my mother had carotid artery stenosis and the range was up to 99%, which I have since found out is extremely life threatening. I talked to some woman on the phone with such a strong accent that I could barely understand her. She informed that me that the next available appointment was 4 months out. After pleading my case to this woman, she kept putting me on hold and it seemed like this went on forever as she said she was going to “see what she could do.” This was so frustrating and my ... read more
Dr.Thomas is one of my family members doctor. He is very thorough and to the point. He explains his surgical plan to his patient and family members. He explaines ALL questions his patient has and we have so everyone on board understands. The office staff is very nice. The Surgical Care Scheduler, Diane, scheduled other doctor appts. for his patient (my family member) that Dr. Thomas recommended his patient see prior to surgery. Diane scheduled those appts. to accommodate the patient. She is a blessing!!
