I tried MONTHS to be seen here. In MONTHS of trying I got one phone call back that I returned within 1 min. Ive NEVER got the chance to speak with ANYONE! I went in there out of frustration because Ive been throwing up daily for this entire time Ive waited unable to eat and lost over 30 lbs and my hair is falling out and the ER just told me to get seen by them and when I went in I asked who had availability the earliest. The worst customer support I have ever had with a drs office. They have one person that handles referrals and scheduling for 4 doctors. She has 3 to 5 business days to return any call or process any paperwork. Hopefully you arent in any pain like I am or you just have to sit and wait by the phone. WORST experience ever. Take some of your money you are making and hire another scheduler. Single point of failure!

My bestfriend who is 6 months pregnant went to visit Dr. Luke Couch because of a knot in her back. My friend is very tough lady, so for her to cry about the way she was treated and talked to by this "professional" is ridiculous and extremely unprofessional. She said he was very dismissive and rude to her. Wouldn't listen to a thing she said she when he did listen to respond had the nerve to tell her she isn't in pain. I was referred to this facility for surgery. They called me and my phone didn't ring. A voice mail was left with an offer to be seen on Wed 2 Nov 23. Called Grace back and had to leave VM. I have not heard back from her and now going on 48 hours. He voice mail message said it could take up to 72 business hours for response. 72 business hours is 9 days. Not a good way to start having interaction with this facility

I saw Dr. Couch for gallbladder removal. The Doctor himself was great. He was polite yet to the point which I appreciated. He got my surgery scheduled quickly and I did not experience any complications afterwards. However, the office itself is a bit of a mess. Everyone was polite and the place was clean however, it was very difficult reaching who I need to reach in the office because they did not have a full phone system set up yet. I ended up calling the hospital for my after surgery questions.
