Unacceptable care. Found out through my online chart (on a Friday) that I had breast cancer. Sent him a message on Friday and called the office on Monday to see if he could reach out to me with some basic information about my diagnosis so I wasn't completely in the dark until my follow-up on Thursday. They told me, yeah, I saw that you have cancer, but he's too busy to talk to you and that they'd see me Thursday for my follow-up. He is one of the kindest Drs I have ever met. He has an amazing reputation at the hospital he practices at and in his office. He is a wonderful surgeon and and very professional. My two surgeries went well and I'm so glad I chose him.
I had a minor surgery today with Dr. Saadey, and there are not enough good words to say about the whole team that took care of me today. Explained everything very clearly and even doubled-checked my allergy and medication list, which truly makes a person at ease in this day and age ;) I have extreme anxiety, and I still felt I was in good hands as they made me feel very comfortable, and all had such a great, positive demeanor. Thank you to Dr. SAADEY, RN NICOLE (whose hand I about crushed;), Asst. Dr. PEREZ, and RN ERIN.

I did not have a good experience with this doctor after going to the ER that he works for not once but twice I had to beg to get my gallbladder removed to then find out that I had 30 plus gallstones and my gallbladder had extended the whole way down to my bladder. After getting gallbladder removed im now I'm dealing with bladder issues and all I asked was to simply be notified whether or not they catheterized me and they couldn't even have the decency to let me know now every time I go to pee it feels like I'm peeing glass. ... read more
