Update: The office called us the day after this review went up and told us they would be happy to schedule an interpreter. We felt uncomfortable with the whole situation but took a day or two to think and decided to go because of the importance and time sensitivity of the issue. We had a good experience with the doctor, which was commiserate with the experience of the patient who saw them once prior to their head injury. Dr. Daniels chose to discriminate against a person with hearing disorders and a person with a head injurie by refusing to provide an interpreter for the person with the hearing disorder. This was because the doctor was unwilling to pay for the interpreter. Specifically the person needing the interpreter is the companion assistant to the patient.
