Dr. Miller and Mrs. Mary are the VERY BEST!! They addressed all my concerns and fears and went above and beyond!
I am truly appalled at the rudeness and lack of professionalism of the staff. My husband picked up on this when we were in the office for a procedure. I didn't. Then when I called to cancel an appointment that they scheduled without my consent (I had told them I would call back when I was ready to schedule) the woman who answered talked down to and was overtly condescending. I called today to get receipts for payment emailed to me as I realized I had not been provided with them from my previous two visits. The same woman sai... read more
