My mom got surgery a week ago. Dr liby didn’t come in and inform us as to why her surgery was three times longer than expected. None of her paperwork was finished and the people working were rude and dismissive. The hospital staff were amazing on her surgery day but the specialty clinic staff never updated us. A week post op and we still haven’t been given any sort of run down about what happened during surgery or why it had taken so long.
Dr and nurse listened and were very kind and informative, made sure I didn't have any questions. Front receptionist was very kind as well. Everyone in this office was super nice and made sure I understood from start to finish and I really appreciated that. I was given options and booked my next appt in a decent window of time.
