I wished I would have written down the most pleasant and professional nurses as well as Dr. Duke who did my procedure this morning for I would give a 100 stars for they all showed compassion, knowledgeable and very professional. I highly recommend SurgiCenter with Dr Williams. From stepping the first foot in, to the waiting game of them waking up, EVERYONE is just so friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this place for anyone who needs a hernia surgery!
The facility was very clean all the nursing and staff is very helpful friendly but it was very loud in there as I had to keep asking the nurse to repeat the questions that she was asking me and also since I've been home I've gotten a bill in the mail and I tried to call to make a payment plan and I've called many times to talk to someone about setting up a payment plan and on the recording all it says operator not available so how do I get in touch with someone to talk to them

Amanda was GOLDEN. She made us at ease and was encouraging even when my person had to postpone due to acute issue. Expertise abounded in all staff ai came in contact with. They cared. Had surgery weeks later. Excellent care , quick healing.
