Had shoulder surgery 6/11/25 and I would like to thank the entire staff for their care and warm genuine care of me.
My mom had two different appointments here canceled. Today we went as they told her on the 14th it would be scheduled for today. We show up only to be told “there is nothing scheduled for her today”. Are you kidding me? We are not from Yakima and had to drive 45min to get here. They didn’t bother helping us only telling us “maybe April or may if we have space we can schedule you but we have nothing scheduled for you nor do we have any notes the other one was cancelled” never coming back here.
