Edited July2025> after 6 months, Surgi Care finally refunded to my credit card the over charge so I have raised my review to 3 stars. This is so sad because if I had the option to give stars for the Surgi Care employee who actually fitted my knee brace/ helped select the right one for my sports/active needs, she was 5 stars, excellent. Surgi Care overcharged me $58 for my knee brace. I have copies of what my Anthem insurance says I should have paid them. On Oct. 10, 2024 I called and spoke to Surgi Care and they agreed I had been overcharged. They agreed they could see from Anthem what I should have paid. They agreed I am owed a refund. They said it could take a couple months to refund? To a Visa? At this point it has been " a couple months" and I still have not received my refund. This is terrible customer service and shady business practice. Beware.
