Surgi Care overcharged me $58 for my knee brace. I have copies of what my Anthem insurance says I should have paid them. On Oct. 10, 2024 I called and spoke to Surgi Care and they agreed I had been overcharged. They agreed they could see from Anthem what I should have paid. They agreed I am owed a refund. They said it could take a couple months to refund? To a Visa? At this point it has been " a couple months" and I still have not received my refund. This is terrible customer service and shady business practice. Beware.
David Stuckli made me some wonderful foot orthotics about ten years ago and I still love them. I hope to obtain some more from him as they’re finally starting to wear out.
