Extremely Disappointed — $2,000 Billing Dispute and No Response from Tampa location. I would never return to this business because of the way my billing issue has been handled. I was overcharged approximately $2,000 compared with what my insurance paid and what my documented out-of-pocket responsibility is. I have provided documentation supporting my position and have spent hours over several weeks/months trying to get someone to review and resolve the discrepancy. Their website for paying bills is horrible and looks like a fishing expedition. When I complained, all I got was some glib response saying it isn't their responsibility that they are HR and above it all. I'm still not sure if it is a scam or not.
Florida Pain Doctors are the best! I recommend them to anyone! Very Friendly staff and always willing to assist the patient.
