My general physician recommended Dr. Kramer and Surgery Group and they were very accommodating with appointments. He answered all my questions, why and the best course of action. As the situation escalated, he was calm and kept myself and my wife at ease. Their instructions and scheduling were well organized. Even in the hospital the daily followups from their team kept us informed over the progress and what was required for discharge. Would not hesitate to recommend the team at Surgery Group SC for surgeries.
Had an emergency gallbladder removal with Dr Kramer. He explained the entire process and answered all my questions. He did an amazing job I was back on my feet in one day and pain free inside of a week post surgery. Everything went as planned. Minimal side effects and great prescriptions to use if needed. True professional.
I had a hernia surgery in August 2020, performed by Dr. Kramer. Everything went great, and the doctor was fantastic. He explained everything that would happen before the surgery, and everything went as planned. If your looking for a doctors office with caring, knowledge staff that makes you feel like an actual person and not just a number that will provide money - don't go to Surgery Group, SC! The office staff lacks knowledge of insurance and payments. They provide a no information to patients leaving the patient without needed procedures. They rush you thru their exams and make you wait longer than expected. I was in a cramped exam room for less than 5 minutes and received a bill for over $400!
