Absolutely unacceptable (and AVOIDABLE) practice behavior today! We arrive on time for our appt. We were checked in. My dad was then taken back for his appt while we waited in the lobby. Another 45 minutes go by (we'll over an hour total at this point) and my dad wheels himself out to go to the bathroom, and we are only then told by HIM (not a nurse) that they're still waiting for the Dr, and that he had been stuck in surgery. A nurse then assured me that the Dr was on his way, and it would be "15 minutes or less". Immediate... read more

Highly recommend this place. The staff was awesome. If you are having back problems I highly recommend Dr .James Smith with Sparks orthopedic.My nurse Kourtney was awesome .
